As a contract Ecom Specialist, I focused on elevating the online customer experience while delivering strong commercial outcomes. I supported with the rollout of an enhanced product display page, complete with 360 degree furniture models, improving UX and supporting higher conversion across the site. Recognised with a Best in Design award at the BigCommerce Summit.


I also supported large-scale catalogue expansion, successfully launching and enriching over 2,000 SKUs with high-quality content to improve discoverability and purchase confidence. Category specific landing pages were enriched with motion, content and merchandising to bring the storeroom level atmosphere to our digital channels.

During key trading periods, including Black Friday and Cyber, we spearheaded performance reporting and trade optimisation that contributed to a record-breaking launch weekend with a $250 gift card offering for orders $2k+, driving AOV and CVR wins.

The priority was to translate Coco Republic’s lifestyle ethos and commitment to thoughtful, conscious design into the digital space. The focus was on creating an engaging, human-centred experience that reflects the brand’s refined sensibility while remaining intuitive and accessible. By bringing the warmth, inspiration, and considered detail of the physical experience into the digital channel, the platform becomes not just a place to shop, but a space to connect with the Coco Republic way of living.
